About Me

I am a clinical hypnotherapist based in Hampton Hill, south-west London. I qualified in 2009 so am up-to-date with recent developments and practices within the field of hypnotherapy.

I work using a person-centred approach during therapy and I work with a variety of conditions including smoking cessation, weight management, stress management, managing anxiety, fears and phobias, improving confidence and self esteem, healing past emotional issues and past life regression.

I trained with the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at Brunel University and I hold their Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH). I also hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is jointly issued by the awarding bodies the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and NCFE. This is a nationally recognised hypnotherapy qualification and is recognised as being equivalent to NQF/NVQ Level 4.

I am also a practising life coach and spiritual coach specialising in soul coaching and helping people live the life they were born to live.
