The first step is to book an initial consultation to meet me and discuss the area(s) you would like to work with. The initial consultation allows you to get to know me, ask any questions you may have and will enable me to advise you how we can work together and the likely number of sessions and associated cost. The initial consultation costs £40 and there is no obligation afterwards. No therapy sessions will take place until you are absolutely comfortable and willing to go ahead.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Hypnotherapy Association (HA), two of the UK's largest professional hypnotherapy organisations. I work in acccordance with their code of ethics so you can be assured of a high standard of professionalism. In addition, membership of these organisations demonstrates that my training meets recognised national occupational standards.
